Role Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of HR experience
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Immediate availability is a must

Assist in recruitment: job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling
Support onboarding and employee orientation programs
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Ensure compliance with policies and labor laws
Handle attendance, leave management, and daily HR inquiries
Contribute to training, performance management, and HR reporting
Participate in HR initiatives to improve employee experience
