Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee affairs and files
- Prepare and monitor employment contracts
- Register and track employees with social security
- Expertly use Qiwa, Madad, and Absher Business platforms
- Monitor attendance, leave, and related matters
- Coordinate with other entities for seamless operations
- Ensure full compliance and efficient HR processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in Human Resources (Saudi market knowledge a plus!)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Arabic & English
- πΈπ¦ Saudi National or transferable Iqama preferred
