Key Responsibilities

  •  Manage employee affairs and files
  •  Prepare and monitor employment contracts
  •  Register and track employees with social security
  •  Expertly use Qiwa, Madad, and Absher Business platforms
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and related matters
  •  Coordinate with other entities for seamless operations
  • Ensure full compliance and efficient HR processes

Requirements

  •  Proven experience in Human Resources (Saudi market knowledge a plus!)
  •  Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  •  Proficiency in Arabic & English
  • πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡¦ Saudi National or transferable Iqama preferred
