Key Requirements:
8–10 years HR experience
Experience in large organizations (1000+ employees)
Background in Construction/Trading companies
Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law & government platforms
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (HR) Mandatory
Fluent in Arabic & English
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations
Ensure compliance & Saudization targets
Oversee HR systems, payroll, and reporting
Lead HR team and improve processes
