Key Responsibilities:
• Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Manage HR operations (records, contracts, attendance, leave, payroll inputs)
• Handle all HR-related government portals and compliance submissions
• Support employee relations, policies, audits, and inspections
• Assist with performance management, training, and HR reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and government HR platforms
• Detail-oriented, organized, and compliance-focused
