Experience Required
3–5 years of experience in HR Operations
📝 Key Responsibilities
. Manage end-to-end employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
. Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files with complete accuracy and confidentiality.
. Handle employee relations matters and assist in conflict resolution while promoting a positive work environment.
. Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and Saudi Labour Law.
. Coordinate probation evaluations, employment confirmations, contract renewals, and other employee lifecycle activities.
. Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
. Prepare HR letters, employment certificates, and other employee-related documentation.
. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
. Generate HR reports and support internal and external HR audits.
. Manage and process HR activities through Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, and Muqeem.
Stay updated with Saudi labour regulations and ensure HR compliance across all employee-related processes.
✅ Requirements
. 3–5 years of proven experience in HR Operations.
. Hands-on experience with Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, and Muqeem is highly preferred.
. Strong understanding of Saudi Labour Law and HR compliance.
. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
. Strong organizational and documentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
. Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
. Fluent in English; Arabic will be considered an advantage.
