Requirements:
• Saudi National
• 15+ years of HR experience
• 3 - 5years of Recent EPC company experience is mandatory worked at Site.
• Strong Oil & Gas project experience
• Experience in HR operations, manpower planning, recruitment, mobilization and employee relations
• Good knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and HR practices
• Experience supporting large-scale EPC / Oil & Gas projects preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Immediate / early joiners preferred
