Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist – Compensation & Benefits to manage and execute all compensation and benefits-related programs and processes. The ideal candidate will ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and compliance with labor laws, while also supporting broader HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and administer compensation structures and benefits programs
Conduct job evaluations and salary benchmarking exercises
Process payroll inputs and ensure accuracy of salary and benefits data
Monitor market trends and make recommendations for pay adjustments or benefits enhancements
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies
Manage employee benefits programs (medical insurance, allowances, leave policies, etc.)
Provide support in annual compensation review cycles and bonus calculations
Handle employee inquiries regarding pay and benefits professionally and confidentially

✅ Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in HR with a focus on compensation and benefits
Solid knowledge of KSA labor laws, GOSI, and payroll practices
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems
Detail-oriented, organized, and discreet with confidential information
Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred)
