HSE Manager

Description:

This role requires a strategic leader capable of driving compliance, safety excellence, operational performance, and continuous improvement.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

🔹 12+ years of HSE experience
🔹 Strong management and leadership experience
🔹 NEBOSH Diploma, CSP, or equivalent
🔹 ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 expertise
🔹 Multi-site HSE management background
🔹 Proven large-team leadership
🔹 Construction, Energy, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, or Industrial sector experience
🔹 GCC experience highly desirable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Lead teams across projects and locations
✅ Ensure regulatory compliance
✅ Oversee incident investigations
✅ Manage corrective action plans
