Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. • Support in onboarding new employees and ensure all necessary documentation is completed. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. • Provide support in processing payroll, attendance tracking, and leave management. • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations as required. • Handle employee inquiries and provide timely responses or escalate issues as needed. • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs. • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience in an HR role or administrative support is a plus. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
