🎓 REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE
🔹 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
🔹 Minimum 5+ years HR Business Partner experience in multinational settings 
🔹 Deep knowledge of labor laws in Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Germany, USA, UK & Canada 
🔹 Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills 
🔹 Strategic thinker & influencer at senior levels
