Human Resources Manager

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Jeddah. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. They will work closely with senior management to develop HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values.

Employee Relations and Compliance expertise
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees
Experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5-10 Years of experience in policies and procedures relating to Saudi labor laws regulations
