Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist in Jeddah. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for HR Management, HR Policies, Personnel Management, Employee Benefits, and other HR-related tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR)
• Knowledge of HR Management and Personnel Management
• Ability to create, review, and implement HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits administration and reporting
• Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with employees at all levels
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human Resources or Business Administration
• Professional certification in HR such as SHRM-CP or PHR would be beneficial
