Duties and Responsibilities:
🔹 Managing recruitment and onboarding of new employees
🔹 Follow-up of employee records and preparation of digital and paper files
🔹 Applying the company's policies and HR procedures in accordance with the Saudi labor law.
🔹 Organizing training and internal development programs for employees
🔹 Follow up on vacations, attendance, departure and overtime
🔹 Supporting management in performance appraisal and HR reporting
🔹 Participate in improving the work environment and enhancing the employee experience

🔹 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
🔹 2 to 4 years of work experience in the field of human resources
🔹 Proficiency in spoken and written English
