Description:
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage end-to-end recruitment: create job ads, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and support selection
🔹 Maintain and update employee records accurately
🔹 Handle attendance, leave, contracts, and end-of-service processes
🔹 Process HR administrative requests including letters, onboarding, confirmations, etc.
🔹 Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company HR policies
🔹 Manage and maintain government HR platforms (e.g., Qiwa, Absher)
🔹 Support employee relations and resolve HR-related queries professionally
🔹 Assist in training, HR reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
🌟 Requirements:
🔹 2–4 years of HR experience in generalist roles
🔹 Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR regulations
🔹 Hands-on experience with government HR platforms
🔹 Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
🔹 Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
🔹 Proficient in Microsoft Office
🔹 Excellent English communication skills
