The Role:
You'll support day-to-day HR operations — implementing HR policies, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, managing employee benefits and records, and helping drive a positive, compliant workplace.
What We're Looking For
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1 year of HR experience (internships and co-ops count)
- Familiarity with Saudi labor law and HR best practices
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG is a bonus
