Implementation Engineer

Description:

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Lead end-to-end implementation of fiber transport networks, ensuring alignment with Mobily’s engineering and operational standards.
Supervise civil works and OSP (Outside Plant) activities, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Monitor project milestones, resolve technical issues, and ensure documentation is up to date.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Hands-on experience in fiber network implementation, especially in OSP environments.
Strong understanding of fiber infrastructure, civil networks, and project delivery frameworks.
Familiarity with telecom standards and fiber deployment best practices.
PMP certification or equivalent project management experience is a strong advantage.
