 Key Responsibilities:

🛠️ Daily O&M for Ericsson Charging System nodes: SDP, AIR, OCC, VS
📊 Perform traffic measurement, KPI tracking, and system audits
⚙️ Troubleshoot and resolve escalated network issues efficiently
📁 Handle configuration, software/hardware upgrades, and CRs
🔄 Contribute to process improvement and routine development

🧠 Technical Must-Haves:

✔️ Ericsson Charging System (SDP, AIR, OCC, CCN, etc.)
✔️ O&M background with strong network performance experience
✔️ Linux OS, Oracle DB, Shell scripting
✔️ VMware & HP C7000/3PAR experience
✔️ Understanding of GSM/WCDMA & IP networking basics
