Burraq Partners is hiring on behalf of one of its esteemed clients based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Insurance Specialist for a permanent role in Riyadh. You will be responsible for managing the company’s insurance portfolio, including employee health insurance, company vehicle insurance, and property insurance. The ideal candidate must have 3–5 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia with a deep understanding of local insurance markets and regulations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
✅ Serve as the main liaison with insurance providers for health, auto, and property insurance.
✅ Request, analyze, and compare quotes to ensure cost-effective and adequate coverage.
✅ Oversee policy renewals, claims processing, and insurance documentation.
✅ Ensure compliance with Saudi insurance laws and company policies.
✅ Maintain accurate records of all insurance agreements and communications.
✅ Stay updated on market trends and changes in local insurance regulations.

🎓 Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field (preferred).
🕰️ 3–5 years of insurance experience in Saudi Arabia (mandatory).
📚 Strong knowledge of health, auto, and property insurance.
💬 Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
🌐 Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
📄 Familiarity with insurance providers and legal requirements in the KSA market.
🛂 Must have a transferable Iqama and be ready to join immediately
