Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Advise on trademark registration, copyright protection and intellectual property rights.
- Coordinate trademark searches, applications, renewals and portfolio management.
- Support enforcement actions involving infringement, counterfeiting and unauthorised brand use.
- Review licensing, franchising and intellectual property transfer agreements.
- Coordinate with external counsel and relevant Saudi authorities on IP matters.

REQUIREMENTS

- Law degree and relevant intellectual property legal experience.
- Understanding of Saudi trademark and copyright frameworks.
- Experience with IP portfolio management, licensing and enforcement.
- Strong legal research, drafting and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with international IP protection systems is advantageous.
