Key Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Device42 administration, discovery, CMDB, and service dependency mapping.
Expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and ITIL-based configuration management.
Experience with Device42 Remote Collectors, discovery jobs, business applications, dashboards, APIs, integrations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of CMDB data quality, reconciliation, normalization, CI lifecycle, and dependency mapping.
Experience integrating Device42 with ServiceNow / BMC Remedy, monitoring, vulnerability management, cloud, and reporting platforms.
Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, SQL, PowerShell/Python automation, and dashboarding.
Experience across VMware, Windows, Linux, networks, storage, databases, middleware, containers, and cloud environments.
ITIL 4, Device42, ServiceNow, BMC, IAITAM, cloud, or cybersecurity certifications are preferred.
Experience in government, financial services, insurance, or regulated environments is an advantage.
