It & Biometric Systems Analyst

 

Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT & Biometric Systems Specialist with strong expertise in fingerprint attendance systems (especially BioTime) — including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration with HR platforms.
The ideal candidate will also be skilled in computer and laptop maintenance, software and Windows installation, network setup, and Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency is a must).
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain BioTime and other fingerprint attendance systems.
Troubleshoot fingerprint devices and ensure accurate data synchronization.
Generate, analyze, and export attendance reports for HR and management.
Repair and maintain computers, laptops, and related electronic devices.
Install and update operating systems, software, and drivers.
Support network connectivity, cabling, and basic hardware setup.
Create and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards.
Analyze IT performance and suggest system improvements.
Maintain proper documentation for systems and devices.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Systems, or related field.
3+ years of experience working with fingerprint systems (BioTime preferred).
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and Windows environments.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Good understanding of networking fundamentals and device connectivity.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and effectively.
