We are looking for a strong IT Infrastructure & Operations Leader to own and enhance enterprise IT infrastructure across Data Centre and Cloud environments, ensuring availability, security, performance, and SAMA regulatory readiness.

Must-Have Experience
Proven experience as IT Infrastructure / Operations Manager
Strong hands-on experience in Hybrid Infrastructure (On-Prem + Cloud)
Deep Networking expertise and troubleshooting leadership
Experience managing production IT environments with high availability
Strong understanding of ITSM processes
Experience working in regulated environments (Banking/Financial Services preferred)
Budgeting, vendor management & cost optimisation experience
Strong risk, governance & audit readiness mindset

Good to Have
Experience supporting SAMA-aligned audits
Exposure to SIEM, PAM, and Security Operations
Disaster Recovery planning & testing experience
ITIL Certification (Foundation or higher)
Experience in regulated enterprise environments
