 Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent

✔ 5–8 years of experience in IT support & system administration

✔ Strong knowledge of networking, hardware & software systems

✔ Experience in troubleshooting, user support & system monitoring

✔ Certifications (CCNA, Microsoft, CompTIA) are an advantage

 Key Responsibilities:

• Technical support (hardware, software, network)

• System installation, configuration & maintenance

• Network monitoring & performance optimization

• User access management & cybersecurity compliance

• Backup, data security & recovery

• Vendor coordination
