IT Support Assistant

Description:

Preferred Profile:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Technical Support
Strong knowledge of computer systems, troubleshooting, software & hardware support
Experience in Graphic Design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar tools) will be an added advantage
Hands-on experience in data backup, system documentation, report preparation, and digital asset creation
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a dynamic technical environment
