Description:

 Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues

Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently

Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, software, and devices

Monitor IT infrastructure and perform routine maintenance

Assist with network setup, security configurations, and user account management

Document IT procedures, incidents, and solutions

Collaborate with IT team to implement upgrades and improvements

Train employees on new systems and IT best practices

Required Skills & Experience

2–5+ years in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support roles

Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments

Experience with networking, troubleshooting, and IT security best practices

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills

Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified preferred

Experience in GCC or enterprise environments is a plus
