š Qualifications & Requirements:
š¹ Minimum **5 years of experience** in IT support and technical support roles.
š¹ At least **1 year of experience** leading or supervising an IT support team.
š¹ Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
