 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Install, configure & maintain IT systems
• Troubleshoot hardware & network issues
• Provide technical support to users
• Monitor system performance & security
• Network setup & maintenance
• Regular system updates & backups

REQUIREMENTS:
• 2–4 years IT support experience
• Strong computer & networking knowledge
• Familiar with Windows OS
• Good problem-solving skills

 PREFERRED:
• IT Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+)
• Experience with help desk / remote support tools
