Junior Integration Production Support Engineer

Description:

Role Summary 
Provide first-level operational support for enterprise integration platforms, APIs, microservices, 
and middleware solutions running on IBM Cloud Pak for Integration and OpenShift 
environments.

Key Responsibilities 
* Monitor production environments and alerts. 
* Perform initial triage of incidents. 
* Analyze application and middleware logs. 
* Escalate complex issues to senior support teams. 
* Execute operational runbooks. 
* Support production deployments and validations. 
* Participate in 24x7 support rotations. 
* Track incidents and service requests through ticketing systems.
