 Experience:
✔ Minimum 8 years of experience in landscaping, gardening, agriculture, or related field
✔ At least 5 years in horticulture, plantations, or nursery operations
✔ Strong knowledge of Irrigation Systems
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Landscaping design & implementation
✔ Horticulture and nursery operations
✔ Soil conservation and soil analysis techniques
✔ Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs
✔ Plantation and gardening supervision
✔ Research on plant varieties, pest control, and land use improvement
✔ Training and guidance for agricultural & horticultural staff
