Landscape Engineer

Key Responsibilities
• Manage landscape engineering activities from design development through final handover.
• Review and coordinate landscape drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Lead the complete submittal process including materials, method statements, RFIs, inspections, and consultant approvals.
• Coordinate effectively with landscape subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal departments including civil, structural, MEP, architectural, procurement, planning, and commercial teams.
• Monitor site execution to ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Support design optimization, value engineering initiatives, and resolution of technical issues during construction.
• Track procurement activities and long-lead landscape materials to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Participate in testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover activities.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in landscape engineering and construction projects.
• Proven experience in large-scale mixed-use developments, stadiums, arenas, high-rise projects, or giga-projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, hardscape and softscape works, irrigation systems, and external works coordination.
• Familiarity with consultant approval procedures and project documentation cycles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project coordination tools.
• Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period is preferred.
