• Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, control panels & lift circuits
• Troubleshooting mechanical & electrical faults
• Preventive & corrective maintenance experience
• Knowledge of safety standards & elevator regulations
• Ability to read electrical drawings & technical manuals
• Experience with lift brands & control systems preferred
• Strong problem-solving and fault-diagnosis skills
• Good communication and team coordination ability
