🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Supervise daily logistics operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate fleet management and optimize trip scheduling.
• Monitor logistics performance and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Handle logistics challenges and maintain effective operations under pressure.
✅ 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or logistics operations.
• Good knowledge of fleet management and trip scheduling.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
