Job Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Safety / Process / Industrial fields
• Monitor departmental compliance and conduct safety assessments
• Facilitate effective communication and report safety performance data
• Assist in developing department-specific safety plans and provide training
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective & preventive actions
• Manage internal safety alerts and ensure timely follow-up
• Support PTW compliance, JSA, SOP verification, and isolation procedures
• Detect vulnerabilities, analyze incident reports & coordinate preventive measures
• Conduct audits, maintain safety records, and ensure adherence to protocols
• Deliver training and awareness programs for workforce safety
• Respond to incidents and support investigations as required
• Excellent leadership & analytical skills
• Strong English communication
