▪️ Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering

• Supervise HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems
• Plan and execute preventive and emergency maintenance activities
• Manage and coordinate on-site technicians and external vendors
• Ensure accurate maintenance documentation and strict adherence to safety standards
