Maintenance Manager

Description:

Role and Responsibilities: · Leadership and Team Management: Lead and supervise a team responsible for maintaining and operating the facility.

· Provide direction, guidance, and support to ensure effective teamwork.

· Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning by aligning facility management with organizational goals. Provide input on facility needs, resource allocation, and long-term investment priorities.

· Operational Oversight: Ensure day-to-day operations of the facility, including maintenance, repairs, security, and environmental management. Optimize facility functionality to support organizational activities and objectives.

· Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation and utilization, including budgeting, procurement, and staffing. Optimize performance while minimizing costs and waste.

· Continuous Improvement: Seek ways to enhance facility efficiency, sustainability, and functionality. Implement new technologies, adopt best practices, and incorporate stakeholder feedback.

· Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with building occupants, tenants, vendors, and regulatory agencies. Address concerns, facilitate communication, and foster positive relationships.
