Manager, Delivery And Finance Common

Description:

• Lead the implementation of policies, processes, procedures, controls and standards in Business Performance to ensure compliance.

• Contribute to the review of all Finance policies, procedures and standards to meet changing requirements and the future needs of the businesses.

• Create/update and implement the Budget / Forecast Manual / Policies and Procedures and create and update the Budget/Forecast checklists to ensure business requirements are met.

• Design and lead the development of strategy/ies, processes and finance common system tools required to improve efficiencies and advance the maturity of the functions processes and systems required by world-class mining businesses.

• Incl. PVE tools

• Engage and take a leading role in supporting the BU’s with the implementation of the finance common systems;

-Business Planning system

-Business Reporting system

-Cost management system – both operating and capital expenditure
