Marine Maintenance Technicians & Workshop Manager

Marine Maintenance Technician Requirements:
▪️Hands-on experience in marine engine maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs.
▪️Experience with Yamaha Marine outboard engines is highly preferred.
▪️Experience with Honda, Mercury, Suzuki, Volvo Penta, Yanmar, Caterpillar, or equivalent brands will be considered.
▪️Ability to understand OEM manuals and technical documentation.
▪️Technical training or coaching experience.
▪️Good English communication and IT skills.
▪️Valid driving licence.

Workshop Manager Requirements:
▪️Proven experience in marine workshop management and aftersales operations.
▪️Strong marine engine technical knowledge, preferably Yamaha.
▪️Experience in technical supervision, maintenance planning, and team leadership.
▪️Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.

▪️Initial 2-year contract with annual renewals.
