This isn’t your typical marketing role. Our client is at a massive inflection point, operating at the intersection of AI, SaaS, and outdoor advertising. They are looking for a data-obsessed, commercially minded Marketing Manager to build and own their B2B advertiser growth engine from the ground up.
The Mission: You will report directly to the CEO, taking full ownership of the funnel—from demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to pipeline velocity and retention. If you love tracking MQL-to-SQL conversion rates and proving ROI, this is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
1-Demand Gen: Build the strategy to generate high-quality leads across KSA and the GCC.
2-Pipeline Ownership: Partner with sales to turn MQLs into revenue, focusing on dollar value, not just lead count.
ABM Strategy: Execute targeted campaigns for "whale" accounts (large consumer brands, financial services, etc.).
3-Content & Authority: Create high-converting assets (case studies, ROI reports) that establish market dominance.
Who we are looking for:
4–8 years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS, AdTech, or Marketplace background is a must).
Proven track record in demand generation and CRM/Automation (HubSpot/Salesforce).
Bilingual (Native/Fluent Arabic & Professional English).
Based in Riyadh (or willing to relocate).
