Mechanical Engineer

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead HVAC system design, analysis, and optimization
• Manage CRM Healthcare system implementation and support
• Conduct site surveys, testing, and preventive maintenance planning
• Coordinate with architects, electrical teams, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with Saudi codes and industry standards
• Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and documentation
• Guide and support junior engineers and technicians
• Troubleshoot system issues and implement corrective actions

Skills and Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering
• Strong hands-on experience in HVAC systems
• Experience with CRM Healthcare platforms
• Knowledge of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred:
• PE license or Saudi Council of Engineers registration
• Experience with Revit MEP, AutoCAD, BIM workflows
• PMP certification
• Knowledge of ASHRAE and Saudi regulations
• Experience in energy efficiency and sustainability projects
