• Hands-on experience in Revit MEP BIM Modelling
• Strong knowledge of LOD 300–500
• Revit MEP Families & Parameters
• Clash Detection & Coordination
• Revit Project Setup & Multi-user Worksharing
• BIM 360 experience – added advantage
• Autodesk ReCap / Scan-to-BIM – added advantage
• Experience in HVAC, Electrical, PHE & Fire Protection support structure modelling
