Mns Core Senior Services Engineer

Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced MNS Core Senior Services Engineer to handle troubleshooting, configuration, performance, and optimization of Core & IMS networks, with a focus on service continuity, SLA compliance, and automation initiatives.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain Core & IMS network nodes
• Monitor and improve network performance and KPIs
• Handle roaming issues and coordinate with international partners
• Support O&M activities across Ericsson platforms (BSP, AXE, MGW, APG, CPP)
• Manage International/National Transit nodes (vCTC, RMS)
• Perform performance analysis and reporting using SAP BI and other tools
• Identify and resolve network issues within SLA timelines
• Contribute to automation initiatives using scripting and AI/ML concepts
• Support system upgrades, integration, and continuous improvement activities

🧠 Technical Requirements:

• Strong experience in Ericsson Core & IMS (CSCF, MTAS, SBC, IPWorks, NELS, MSS, MSC, MGW, STP, HLR/HSS)
• Deep knowledge of signaling protocols: SS7, MAP, CAP, INAP, SIP, Diameter, ISUP, BICC
• Hands-on experience in O&M, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Experience with tools: Wireshark, MasterClaw, K15, SAP BI, Primus, MHWEB, ERICOLL
• Strong understanding of network topology, KPIs, and traffic analysis
• Experience with AXE platforms, HW/SW upgrades, and emergency handling
• Scripting knowledge (Python, Shell, SQL) is a plus
