Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Solution design and implementation for DELL PowerFlex HCI Stack
🔹 Manage and maintain Windows Servers (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022)
🔹 Oversee virtual machines, storage solutions, and networking components
🔹 Ensure system security compliance and performance monitoring
🔹 Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues
🔹 Plan and execute server migration activities
🔹 Provide technical guidance and support to IT teams

Required Skills & Experience:
✅ 6-8 years of relevant experience
✅ Expertise in DELL PowerFlex HCI Stack
✅ Strong knowledge of Windows Cluster Administration and OS troubleshooting
✅ Experience with hardware monitoring tools (Dell OME, HP SIM)
✅ Understanding of VMware, server performance tuning, OS upgrades, and patch management
✅ Ability to lead and manage Windows L1 engineers
Certifications (Preferred):
🎓 DELL Certified Professional - Multicloud Infrastructure
🎓 Microsoft Certified Enterprise Solution Architect on Azure HCI Stack
