✅ What We’re Looking For:
8–12 years in observability engineering or AIOps platforms
Proven experience with large-scale monitoring transformations
Deep technical knowledge in:
Dynatrace (AIOps & synthetic monitoring)
Splunk Infrastructure & Log Management
BMC TSOM & MainView
SolarWinds NPM/SAM, Grafana, Prometheus
Knowledge of OpenTelemetry, ITSM integration, and automation engines
Preferred: ITIL, Dynatrace, Splunk, or BMC certifications
