OCM (Organizational Change Management) Consultant :
The OCM Consultant is responsible for ensuring successful adoption of digital transformation initiatives (e.g., ServiceNow, ERP, cloud platforms) by focusing on people, behavior, and business readiness.
The role designs and executes change strategies, manages stakeholder engagement, leads communication and training efforts, and tracks adoption to ensure business benefits are realized. The consultant works closely with business leaders, HR, IT, and program teams to reduce resistance and embed sustainable change.
