Description:
We are hiring a detail-oriented and bilingual Office Administrator to support daily administrative operations at our head office. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent organizational and communication skills to manage internal office tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence
Manage office supplies and ensure availability of necessary resources
Handle incoming and outgoing communication in both Arabic and English
Coordinate internal meetings, schedules, and appointments
Maintain organized documentation and records, both digital and physical
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications
Support HR, finance, and other departments with clerical tasks
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
✅ Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
2+ years of experience in administrative or office support roles
Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and communication abilities
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
