What You’ll Do:
• Manage day-to-day office operations
• Organize contracts, invoices, and internal documentation
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars
• Coordinate travel and logistics
• Track expenses and assist with project budgets
• Coordinate with the external accountant (invoices, VAT, payroll)
• Support hiring and employee records
• Assist with proposals and project documentation
• Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance
• Support events and client visits
We’re Looking For:
• Female candidate
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
• Experience in office management or administration
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Basic understanding of financial processes
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
• Based in Saudi Arabia and able to work on-sit
