Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Operational Excellence professional to drive productivity, innovation, and continuous improvement across departments. The ideal candidate brings Lean Six Sigma expertise, a consulting mindset, and the ability to influence and coach teams toward transformation success.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
Lead rapid diagnostics to identify productivity and waste reduction opportunities.
Facilitate workshops to drive process improvement and new Ways of Working.
Design and implement Visual Management tools (Kanban, dashboards) and KPI frameworks.
Coach managers on Lean principles and build Continuous Improvement capability.
Analyze data to identify performance issues and create actionable insights.
Develop digital dashboards and collaborate on technology-driven transformation.
Deliver clear, high-quality reports and presentations to leadership.
𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭-𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞
5+ years of hands-on experience in Operational Excellence / Lean / Six Sigma / Process Improvement / Consulting roles.
Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau/Power BI for analytics and reporting.
Proven experience coaching and influencing senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; English fluency required, Arabic will be an added advantage.
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞
Experience in financial services / business services environments.
Prior consulting experience in Change, Behavioral Transformation, or Digital Programs.
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt).
Arabic language skills.
