Operational Expert – Water & Wastewater Optimization

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Operational Expert to support the implementation of advanced optimization solutions across wastewater treatment facilities. This role will focus on improving treatment performance, optimizing aeration systems, supporting digital technology integration, and delivering measurable operational improvements.
✅ 5–10 years of experience in water/wastewater treatment operations
✅ Strong knowledge of activated sludge processes, biological treatment, and aeration systems
✅ Experience with SCADA, process monitoring, and operational analytics
✅ Exposure to digital water technologies, AI-driven optimization, or smart water solutions is highly desirable
✅ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
✅ Fluent English required (Arabic and/or Korean is a plus)
The successful candidate will work closely with plant operators, engineers, digital specialists, and project stakeholders to drive process efficiency, energy optimization, and operational excellence.
