Key Responsibilities /

  • Vendor & Venue Coordination: Arrange site inspections, negotiate service agreements, and manage supplier relationships.
  • Travel & Logistics: Book travel itineraries and accommodations; prepare detailed schedules and travel packs.
  • Document Management: Maintain precise filing systems (physical and digital) for contracts, invoices, and project records.
  • Reporting & Administration: Generate weekly operations reports, draft internal memos, and update CRM with project milestones.
  • Event Support: Assist on-site with setup oversight, final quality checks, and post-event breakdown.
  • Office Management: Ensure meeting rooms and office supplies are maintained to professional standards.

    Qualifications / المؤهلات

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business, Hospitality, Events, or related field.
  • 0–2 years’ experience in administrative or operations support, preferably in events.
  • Fluent Arabic & English; excellent writing and drafting skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM/database navigation.
  • Saudi driver’s license preferred.
