Operations Chief Engineer

Description:

Mobily is seeking a visionary Clients Services Operations Chief Engineer to lead and optimize core network operations across 3G, 4GVOLTE, anD 5G technologies. This is a strategic role at the heart of Mobily’s service excellence.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Manage and monitor operations across 5GC, EPC, NFV, GGSN, SGW, PGW,SMF, UPF and other core network components.
Lead troubleshooting efforts (L2 level), configuration of interconnections, and ensure operational continuity.
Drive performance metrics, SLA compliance, and vendor coordination.
Handle customer complaints and ensure rapid resolution through back-office and service management teams.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Proven experience in core network operations within telecom environments.
Deep technical knowledge of packet switching, circuit switching, and service management.
Willingness to work in a 24/7 operational setup.
